Failed to load PDF file #290

Hi, I keep getting the error "Failed to load PDF file.". If I try to download the file anyway, it downloads a 0 byte file. The notebooks are working on the Remarkable. I tried to re-sync everything with a new account but the problem persists. What could I try?

Version 3.9.3.1986

Currently, the files are "only" synchronised but cannot be rendered.
