This PR updates the README file to describe how the data are sourced and transformed for the dashboard. Fixes #99.

Future Work

For this PR, I used texts to describe the process. But, it may be difficult to digest the information. Using diagrams may help interpretation—something for the future work. (GitHub Docs)
