This PR converts the plots on the events tab to Plotly. Fixes #69.

This PR also fixes the labels for the dates to be "%b %Y" format (e.g., Jan 2020). Fixes #58.

I also used the WRK group's brand colors for the plots.

Checked on the test deployment. ✅ It looks good to me.
