Bring back button "Defaults for dark theme" #185

Its very annoying: https://github.com/de-jcup/eclipse-asciidoctor-editor/issues/174 looks pretty good, but default button does not work correctly in eclipse (I tested out the new release and had the issue...). Even switching between light and dark theme does not bring back the defined colors but keeps on defaults for light theme.

So the good old "Defaults for dark theme" button shall appear back. But color setting must be updated as well as done in https://github.com/de-jcup/eclipse-asciidoctor-editor/issues/174

"Restore defaults" not working in dark theme is a wellknown bug in eclipse: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=478835
