@DhanaGitHub I just installed yaml editor to an eclipse 4.13.0 installation and had no problems (I installed from a location in germany).
Your stacktrace seems to result from having no network connection - so please just try again. If you still have problems, check if you can reach https://bintray.com/de-jcup from your network - maybe your proxy denies the page etc.
@iachelini Your problem is another one: Your java installation does not accept the certificate of bintray. I had such issues when using JDKs which have not proper installed/updated certificate stores.
Try out to start your eclipse with another JDK (e.g. coretto or oracle JRE) see https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse.ini#Specifying_the_JVM
Thank you for your assistant. I am able to install YAML editor from market place: Eclipse Details: Version: 2019-09 R (4.13.0) Build id: 20190917-1200
Got this error while installing Eclipse plugin - Yaml Editor
