Update library dependencies in "New project" wizard templates

Update the used dependencies inside the templates

drop apache commons and lang as default dependencies (not everybody needs this from beginning)
changer test dependencies to junit5
no longer usage of testCompile, compile etc. so works with gradle 7.x
