Proivde action on UI to clean only eclipse dependencies for current selected project #407

Situation

A developer can only refresh eclipse dependencies for all gradle projects (of current root)

Wanted

A developer can also clean the eclipse dependencies for a select project. When a resource is selected, the resource project shall be used here.

Solution

Implement new actoin
