IBIS ecore models

Create ecore models for IBIS services:

• GNSSLocationService
• CustomerInformationService

Ecore models have been created accordingly to xsd files provided https://github.com/VDVde/VDV301. In particular we used:

• IBIS-IP_common_V2.3.xsd
• IBIS-IP_Enumerations_V2.2.xsd
• IBIS-IP_GNSSLocationService_V1.0.xsd
• IBIS-IP_CustomerInformationService_V2.3.xsd

A dedicated EMF project has been created for each of them. When needed, reference models have been used (e.g. common requires enumerations, location service requires both common and enumerations, etc.)
