Make the H2 Console optional

As the H2 Console is a powerful tool, an option should be added to disable this feature, as it may cause problems in security aware environments (mapping WebServlet onto /h2-console/*)

You are right, but I thinks that it make no sense put efforts on something totally temporary, once we have a static database available on somewhere, this H2 database thing will desapear.
