Type change RequestItemId #37

The element RequestItemId in type RequestEvidenceItemType should have the type RequestIdType and not IdType I guess. Same applies to element in type EventSubscripRequestItemType

Indeed, don't we should get rid of the RequestIdType?

Well yes, if we could get rid of RequestIdType, SpecificationIdType and CanonicalEvidenceIdType - would be nice :) and ServiceType
