Flag tournaments without results on the tournament list #20

I have no way of knowing, from the tournament list, whether I've already imported the brackets from smash.gg or need to do it. It leads to duplicate work as I reimport brackets that were already in the database. This is minor but would save time and make sure that all tournaments have brackets.
