Remove TestFlight code #2

Extra debugging code supplied by TestFlight is not permitted on the App Store. It must be removed in preparation for submitting.

Due to git-flow being integrated into this project, such debugging & development code is now only in the master development branch, and is removed in the release/ branch of that particular release. This means that such code is not accidentally put into the final version of the app and released. The TestFlight debugging code has been re-added in commit 1d19241.
