Make option to be resident in memory for pop-ups #121

Pretty good application. I like it a lot. There is only one more feature I wish 
it had.

With Windows 7, if you try to use a network program that you haven't used 
before, a pop-up will appear asking you if you trust it and want to allow it to 
communicate with the Internet. It would be nice if DW had this, whereas it 
would pop up when there was network communication from an app for the first 
time, asking you if it should allow the communication. That way you can adjust 
your settings for that app right in the pop-up... PLUS, it would be instant 
notification if something new that you didn't want communicating with the 
network, was trying to do so.

This has been requested many times already, but it is unfortunately not 
possible to implement...
