Switch between drop and reject #136

It would be nice to have the possibility to switch between dropping and 
rejecting packets.
Some apps retry imideatly retry their operation after beeing rejected, causing 
100% cpu-load and heavy battery drain. If we were able to drop packets the 
application would have to wait some seconds until timeout and thus consuming 
much less battery.
