Droidwall app is missing #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The Droidwall app is installed but suddenly went missing in my program list.
2.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling within Market. App installs but open 
button is grayed out.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Droidwall 1.5.2, xtrSENSE custom ROM 5.0.1, HTC Eris

Please provide any additional information below.
Device is in safe mode and remains so even after battery pull

Is this still happening? To tell you the truth I never seems something like 
that!
Sounds more like a ROM problem rather than an app problem to me...
