Gui add IP address (non FQDN adblocking / malware blocking / privacy / security) #179

Please consider a feature to allow users to also use Droid Wall as gui iptables 
editor for android: to avoid contention with an app to edit iptables otherwise

FQDN can be blocked with hosts.  Afaik only IP addresses can be blocked on 
android via iptables.  If not droid wall integrated consider forging an addon.

Accept single address, address range, cidr format, and wild cards.

Hello, I'm keeping DroidWall as simple as possible for the average users... the 
new "Custom Script" functionality should give you the extra power when needed ;)
