Hosts, iteratively resolve, create new chain #184

Allow "importing" from hosts file. Resolve address (es) for each host and 
create new chain. Allow user to choose DROP for outgoing or incoming.

This is not possible since the resolved addresses may change at any time, may 
be load-balanced by the DNS server, etc, etc... if only iptables worked against 
hostnames... ;)
