The main XML file of the skin doesnt import the gui and referr correctly. Thus you cant see it in the XBMC dialogue box for choosing skins although you placed it in correct folder.
download skin from this site .. no brainer..
In Dharma build 10, create a folder named skin.aeon under XBMC/addons/skin.aeon/ "the aeon folder structure contents"
Edit the incorrect XML file named "skin.xml" to following:
