Settings menu grayed out #114

The main README.md says the following under the elm format section:

To enable automatic formatting on every save, Go to Preferences -> Package Settings -> Elm Language Support -> Settings and add this setting: "elm_format_on_save": true

Unfortunately that last menu item ("Settings") menu is grayed out and selecting it does nothing. I'm running Sublime 2 on OS X.

I know this is not the most detailed bug report so please tell me if I should look up something more specific.

(I've worked around this by looking up the Elm Language Support.sublime-settings manually.)
