Skill point sliders do not work in landscape mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start new game
2. Attempt to assign points to each area using the slider while in landscape 
mode.
3. Attempt to assign points to each area using the slider while in portrait 
mode.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to be able to use the slider in either mode.  Only portrait mode 
worked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version1.  Eclair.

Please provide any additional information below.
