Galactic Chart - Not fully functional

We need 3,4, and 5 to be implemented still!

The galactic chart must do the following:

1. Display current location in the galaxy and range (fuel) circle  -- This works
2. Allow user to search for a system and highlight (target) the system if found 
-- this works
3. Allow tracking of the targeted (highlighted) system -- THIS DOES NOT WORK, 
No Track Option
4. Display arrow in Short Range Chart pointing to Tracked System -- Not working 
currently, arrow always displayed in SRC
5. Buttons to scroll through systems alphabetically -- We don't have these in 
Android yet
