bad text when quest encounter doesn't see you #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get a cloaking device
2. go to a quest encounter (i tried dragonfly and acamar monster)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expect to say "you encounter the <quest enemy>." instead it reads something
like "you encounter a pirate vorlon cruiser"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.029
