What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. save a game (other than autosave)
2. lose a fight with no escape pod present
3. re-load the saved game, without exiting app.
4. try to warp
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect that you would be able to warp within the expected radius. instead
you are given the "no fuel" message and your radius mysteriously shrinks.
if your repurchase fuel it happens again, ad nauseum. its fixed by exiting
the app and loading the saved game after the game reloads.
