System news doesn't reflect current system. Its hardcoded to say it is in a cold spell. #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bring up the system info

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The news for that system always says that its in a cold spell.
Expected that the news should reflect whats actually happening in that system.

While fixing an earlier issue around info truncation I at least removed that 
text so
 its not showing incorrect information.

Now that this is fixed we need to re enable the display code that Ken removed
