Never meet trading traders #7

In the options there's an option to ignore trading traders. I've played
numerous games from start to retirement without ever meeting a trading
trader (and I've never turned the 'ignore' option on).

Reproduce by playing a lot and never meeting a trading trader.

Quick solution is to remove the option so nobody knows there are meant to
be trading traders. Proper solution is to enable trading traders.

i actually did meet traders in 1.026 but if i tried to trade with them it would 
crash.

Confirming that you meet traders very rarely, and the trade button still causes 
crash in 1.029
