Fragment errors are not shortened #125

(from local changes to the testsuite):

Found invalid urls in index.html:
    Fragment #fragments at /home/joshua/.local/lib/cargo/target/doc/broken_links/index.html does not exist!
    Linked file at path fn.not_here.html does not exist!
    Linked file at path links does not exist!
