Add Objective-C Automatic Reference Counting #46

Added three levels based on Objective-C reference counting.

Hi! That looks great! If you'd be up for it, we'd be happy to integrate this, perhaps by adding an ObjC quest. If you'd prefer to maintain your own ObjC fork, that's also fine (and avoiding mixing of different languages in one game might have some benefit) - in fact, if you go that way, ping me when it's ready, we'll add a link :)

@MichalPokorny That'd be great! I accidentally opened this PR against your repository instead of mine, but I'd be happy to contribute back an ObjC quest if you think it would fit. Perhaps it could branch as a side-quest.
