Congratulations screen on last level not closeable on lower resolutions #56

On a 1366x768 screen it cannot show the entire congratulations screen. It centers vertically making the controls unreachable.

This is a problem reported by a number of people through the feedback form. The workaround is to zoom out using Ctrl+- or the browser controls. It should probably be fixed.
