Update Time configuration #6

At present, the hashmaps for the instructions are all updating from a hard coded method in the SourceEntry method. This is to be changed to read from either

A text file
An XML File
A Database (Preferred)

Maybe a dynamic update where the different Database / Files are also selected from a start menu.

[x] Now reading from a Microsoft access database located at c:\Temp\STLExecTimes.mdb.
[ ] Maybe update the system to read from a config file where the path to the database and some other settings (Like Debug mode) can be enabled etc?
