Hosted WebLate Translation #629

It would be really great if Hosted WebLate was used to translate the app. This would facilitate both sides (translator and developer) as WebLate facilitates translation a lot, and it is possible to use a workflow (or a bot, I don't know exacly) to automate the synchronization of translations from the site to the repository.
