Syntax Highlight conflict with 'php' and 'php_laravel_blade'

When I change syntax highlight in .blade.php file which was originally php to _php_laravelblade, it changes all syntax highlight in .php file to _php_laravelblade when i refresh the app. I hope this problem is quickly resolved
