This is a wip pr for adding 3dsx support. It is not ready to be merged and contains irrelevant changes. This is currently pr'ed as a draft, for review and discussion.
This adds support for indexing 3dsxes into tinydb, however it makes some important changes:
The download urls post this pr will be different, they will include both the release_id and the asset_id.
The api should be the same however (aside from the tdsx entry being renamed to 3dsx)
