Black cursor on black selection #23

Since the pointer-cursor and the selection are both black, its impossible to see the cursor when mousing over selected text...

Hi @chneukirchen

sam now uses the default X cursors, which on most installations are designed to be visible regardless of background color. Please check it out and let me know if that solves your problem.
