NOT A BUG; ESC and arrows behaviour #41

Hello,

1) Is there a reason why ESC does not do the cut operation in this version of sam? (As it does in its p9(p) incarnation.)

2) Is there a reason for left/right arrow keys to not move the cursor left/right?

(Both, at least, by default.)

Hi @rudolfII

1) No reason; I'll add that.

2) This version of sam by default mimics the old Unix sam behavior, which did it that way for reasons that I don't quite understand. :)
