Fix X11 port date in readme #47

Although I can't find strong evidence, it seems that sam was indeed ported from Plan 9, which means that it should have happened in 1990s, not 1980s.

Copyright notices on all X11 sam versions I could find are from 1998.

You're right. Sam itself started on the BLIT in the mid-80's, but the netlib version was created in the 90's.
