Implement focus follows mouse window focus mode in sam.

I have had the functional changes in my copy of sam for 20 years so am pretty confident they work with my style of use at least. Added them to the deadpixi sam conditionally using the .samrc file.

You can credit it to Andrew Higham based on a couple of patches posted to the sam-fans mailing list in the ‘90s. The list and the original authors seem to be lost.

Thanks for reviving sam. It is great to have a modern unix port to help me keep using my favourite editor.
