passing boolean matrices to pdist for boolean distance functions fails #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?

`pdist(X, 'hamming')`
`pdist(X, 'jaccard')`
`pdist(X, 'any_implemented_boolean_distance_matrix')`

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An exception is generated.

Fixed in the 0.1.6 release.
