Canberra distance broken #16

Using hcluster.pdist with the Canberra distance does not work as the input
matrix is converted to bool instead of double.

See the patch for a fix.

Thanks for finding this bug. It's been fixed in both scipy-cluster and scipy. A 
unit
test will go in Scipy shortly.
