the docs are wrong for Noble #284

Currently the docs here https://launchpad.net/~deadsnakes/+archive/ubuntu/ppa say:

- Ubuntu 24.04 (noble) Python3.7 - Python3.9, Python3.11 - Python3.13

It should probably be

- Ubuntu 24.04 (noble) Python3.7 - Python3.11, Python3.13
