Detection partitions are not supported #96

Hi,

I am using prometheus_rabbitmq_exporter-v3.6.5.9.ez for monitoring rabbitmq cluster，and i can't find any metric to evaluate for detecting cluster partitions .

is it possible to add a metric for detecting in feture?
