I got kinda used to docker containers for hosting various webapps. Installation, maintenance, isolation and moving services has become much more convenient with containers.
Linuxserver.io provides a docker container for SmokePing, which I currently use.
That's really out of scope right now, I prefer building the app itself than the ecosystem, given that installation is easy enough without docker.
I leave this as feature request for later.
