This also addresses:

13 (dup of #1)
12 by using --flake8-options

partially #8 by adding VCS package where other VCSs could be added just by adding a module
partially #4 (source..target is implemented in git)

should I bump version number since this is now released? maybe 0.1.1?

Don't worry about the versioning for now - we're on v0.1-alpha right now. The milestone at this point is for v0.1 release which is yet to happen.
