Addressing Mike's Changes #109

When only one option available, make it selected in the drop down vs. having the user select it.

Move click to call underneath address on the left and make it bold.

Reset the search by moving the pagination to the left and putting a link to the right.

Hopefully we'll drop the next stable point today and then we'll be able to just do auto merges for your stuff.
