Call-time pass-by-reference error #128

WP: 3.5.1 PHP: 5.4.4

Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference error on lines 193 and 205 in /plugin.php when activating the plugin. I removed the &$'s on those two lines and it activated.

Issue has been corrected in latest release, v3.20.9
