Automall Vehicle Title bar missing on some vehicles #2

I have gone through several VMS accounts and the vehicle title bar on the inventory is consistently missing on 'auto mall accounts'. Vehicle title bar = black bar that contains "year", "make", "model" and "click for details"

That titlebar is where the vehicle headline is displayed.

So if in the API there's no data - it's not displaying.

I can make it display the black bar even if there is no headline. That way the layout stays even.

But if we leave it as is - the things with headlines will stand out.
