Detail Page Comments box needs to have scroll capablities if comments are long #82

Some of the comments on a vehicle are longer then the field allows, so the comments are cut off. Please open up the field so that a scroll bar appears when the comments become long. The vehicle details box next to it has this functionality. If the comments are not so long then the scroll bar would not need to be present.
