Breadcrumb error - Manage Training #15

From the Catalog Search results table, when I click on the breadcrumbs Manage Training, I get a "SErver Error in '/' Application.

Can't replicate this problem (http://74.208.220.228/SystemHome/Catalog/Course/sastcp-01.aspx)

Go to: Administrator > Home > Manage Training

Then, select Manage Documents, the new breadcrumbs should be : Administrator > Home > Manage Training > Manage Documents

but, instead, it shows as: Adminstrator > Manage Documents
