Misspelling of field names #16

In the table c_tb_courses_master, the following fields are misspelled and were therefore difficult to locate:

c_cource_recurance_date c_cource_recurance_date_option c_cource_recurrance_every c_cource_recurrance_period

They need to be fixed. Recurrence and course should be re-spelled, and then replaced everywhere they appear in the codebase.
