This issue was not limited to "CF Pixel" being sent to wrong user (dealy), I have many conf emails from compliancefactor.project@gmail.com to wrong user, here's another example:

Hello Guy (Backup) Tourigny (Backup), This email is to confirm that you are enrolled in the ComplianceFactors New Hire Onboarding 2013(CF-ONBOARD-ILT-2013) is pending approval. You will be notified when the final approval decision is processed. Thanks!

The source code erroneously replaces the template field for the user's name with the course creator's name. I am making the fix.
