I noticed this when troubleshooting an error caused by two delivery records having been inserted with identical c_delivery_system_id_pk values.

Hi Ryan, Are you able to reproduce this error (i.e. the two records has the same c_delivery_system_id_pk (GUID)? I wasn't able to reproduce this issue in my local environment.
